Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, project location, required trades and scope. You may also provide a company name, phone number, target timeframe and a document link. Please do not submit passwords, financial details, identity documents or sensitive personal information. Only share project documents you are authorised to provide.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to assess the requested work, contact you, discuss a scope or quotation, and keep relevant business correspondence. Relevant project information may be shared with trade partners or advisers where reasonably necessary to assess or deliver the work. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Website and enquiry service providers
This website is configured for hosting and form processing by Netlify. Once published with form handling enabled, submitted enquiry details are processed and stored through Netlify and may be emailed to our business inbox. Hosting, email and other service providers may process information outside Australia. Hosting providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for operation and security.
Cookies and analytics
The supplied website does not include advertising pixels, embedded maps, marketing analytics, third-party fonts or a tracking-cookie script. Hosting providers may still process technical logs for security and service delivery. This notice should be updated when the website's technology or business information practices change.
